Menus and Recipes Included!

Our Home Prep Family Meal Kits are now available — each box contains a variety of high quality, nutritious items that that yield 16-18 complete meals. What is unique is that each kit contains menus and recipes with step-by-step instructions so that healthy meals can be prepared for the entire family. Some kits include fresh fruits and vegetables in addition to staples such as oatmeal, healthy beans and lentils. All kits include spice packets. Three varieties of boxes are available: The Pantry Box, Market Box, and Combination Box. The Pantry Box is completely shelf stable; refrigeration required for the Market Box and Combination Box.

1. The Pantry Box

Suggested Menus:
Breakfast:

  • 3 Meals of 1 oz. of Oatmeal (cooked as directed); add ¼ cup of Milk for creamier Oatmeal before serving.
  • 2 Meals of 1 oz. Cereal Bowl with 4 oz. of Milk
  • 2 Meals of 1 Granola Bar and ½ can of No Sugar Added, Sliced Pears

Lunch:

  • 4 Meals of cooked Tomato Sauce and White Beans then pour over 1 package of Pasta (cook as directed)
  • 1 Meal of Hummus, Crackers and ½ Can of Sweet Peas

Dinner:

  • 4 Meals of Black Beans (cooked as directed) and Rice (cooked as directed); mix together and serve
  • 1 Meal of 1 can of Tuna Fish, ½ can of Sweet Peas and 4 oz. Applesauce
