We just returned from Dallas where we attended School Nutrition Association’s Annual National Conference (ANC). It was filled with thought-provoking panel discussions and meetings that dealt with everything from the challenges of serving school breakfast to the childhood hunger problem in today’s struggling economy.  I wanted to share the link below of an article from NPR that captures the complexity of this issue of hungry children and the rise in childhood obesity.
